Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo (born Andrea Navedo) is an author and published American writer, actress as well as a writer. The actress began her career by performing in the daytime soaps such as One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later had roles as a supporting actress in primetime television. Andrea Navedo has been an American actor and singer since the 10th of October, 1977. Born in the Bronx, New York in the United States. Navedo was the first professional actress to appear in dramas for daytime. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. The role was a part of Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera that aired on CBS from 1999 until 2000, as Theresa Sandoval. She began her career on film with a small part on the show Girl 6 (1996), later she appeared in seasons of New York Undercover (1997) as well as The District. Navedo was first seen in a film in Girl 6 (1996), then starred in episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Between 2001 and 2004 Navedo had a recurring role in the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Later, he appeared on in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods and Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of films such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo is also one of the several characters who appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast!, a comedy film in which she was a part. The Fast and the Furious films were parodied in the film of 2015. Navedo launched her career as an actress in soap operas that aired during the daytime. She was in Linda Soto, the ABC soap show One Life to Live from 1995 until 1997. In 1999, she became a part of CBS's soap-opera Guiding Light. She made her film debut through a tiny role on Girl 6 (1996) and she later appeared on the episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo played the role of Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001.
